Delivery

We send all items using Royal Mail 24 hour services. All items are well packed during transit and we are always on hand for support if needed. We are a UK company so no long waits for delivery and all purchases are covered by the applicable consumer protections.

For international orders, we will use Royal Mail air mail. You will be responsible for any local import charges. Due to the relatively low cost of shaft adaptors, most countries do not impose import taxes but please check your liabilities before ordering. We are not responsible for any loss or delay due to none payment of import taxes on your behalf. International orders via our eBay store will be sent using the eBay Global Shipping Program which will be far less economical than ordering directly with us on the website.

Payment.

Depending on your location, a variety of payment options will be available at checkout. Please choose your preferred option. You will receive a message confirming your completed payment. If you accidentally duplicated your payment or bought the incorrect item etc, please contact us ASAP and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
